ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Follows all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook and the "the general policies and procedures" section of the bartender training manual. Maintains a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts Follows all sanitation and safety standards set for the by the company. Meets all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards as specified in the employee handbook and bartender training manual Maintains our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards. Knows all menu items offered at the restaurant, accurately explains specials to guest, if asked, accurately answers menu items in regard to preparation method, ingredients, portion size, and side items accompanying the dish. If asked, specifies substitutions for items on menu. Performs menu merchandising procedures accurately by listing and explaining the specials, suggesting items and upselling when appropriate. Takes beverage and food orders accurately for all tables. Legibly completes guests checks and accurately enters orders into POS system following company procedures with 100% accuracy. Picks up orders and completes plate preparation correctly as specified by company plating procedures Serves complete meals to all guests at each table in the assigned sections. Totals and presents checks and carries out payment procedures. Performs side work duties correctly as specified in the. Follows all end-of-shift check out procedures. Follows the alcohol serving procedures in regard to beverage service standards, awareness standards, and government regulations. Busses bar items following company procedures. Maintains a good team environment by assisting the other team members with their station duties and side work when there is a need and/or available. Follow Tip Reporting regulations 100% of the time as set forth by company

EDUCATION
HS Diploma or
GED EXPERIENCE
Customer service, computer skills, 1 year of bartending experience. Previous cash handling skills.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Must obtain Oklahoma Liquor License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to maneuver in the casino and routinely lift up 25 pounds and occasionally as much as 60 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in or outside the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle internal and external customer complaints or questions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and stretch/reach above head. Have good dexterity in fingers
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar. Takes drink orders from patrons or servers, and prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes, mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine and bottled or draught beer. Rings drink orders into the register, collects payments, and makes change. May also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks, as well as take food orders for patrons at the bar and for take-out.
