Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub operations by serving drinks promptly and professionally. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest IDs to promote a safe environment. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to perform retail math, cash handling, and basic math accurately. Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred; brewing or retail math knowledge is advantageous.
