Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift using retail math skills. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving food and beverages promptly while managing multiple tables or stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.
