Barback Duties of a barback include; Bussing tables fully including pre-bussing empty dishes and clearing tables of all dirty dishes and resetting tables. Learning the responsibilities of bar crew and aiding the success of taking care of all tables and serving customers with care. You will learn how to make regularly ordered cocktails and specialty Noi Thai Cuisine designed cocktails. Pour beer wine and easy 2 step drink orders when tickets come out. This position is for workers in the service industry over 21 with no bar experience or beginning at Noi Thai with the intention of gaining bartending experience and/or moving up within the company. You will learn to take orders as a server and work with our Toast POS system so you may take the overflow of tables or drink orders when needed
