The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, a strong understanding of POS systems such as Aloha and Micros, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role involves serving drinks, managing bar operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards in a fast-paced environment, including fine dining establishments, nightclubs, and banquet settings. The bartender will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems like Clover and Toast Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth bar operations Assist with food service when required, including serving food in catering or banquet settings Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption to promote safety Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining or event experience in various settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or hospitality events Handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills during busy periods Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS and Toast POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions (retail math) Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous but not required Previous experience with serving, catering, or retail math enhances effectiveness in this role Ability to work flexible hours including nights; hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in vibrant environments like nightclubs or fine dining restaurants, and excel at providing exceptional guest experiences.
