In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to guests while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our patrons, whether they're enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at the bar. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, work in a lively environment, and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining or drinking experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Serve food promptly and professionally during both regular service hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas while complying with food handling standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, ideally within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong communication skills Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety protocols Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for retail math and tipping purposes Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including food handling, catering, brewing processes, and retail math is advantageous Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or nightclubs Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively setting!
