Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Doorman/Barback, where you'll be the welcoming face and essential support behind the scenes of our lively nightclub and event spaces. In this energetic role, you will ensure a smooth flow of operations by managing guest entry, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting bartenders and servers with food and beverage service. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting our team's success. Duties Greet guests warmly at the entrance, verify reservations or guest list, and manage door policies with professionalism and courtesy Assist bartenders and servers by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring bar area cleanliness Support food preparation tasks such as basic plating or setup to facilitate efficient service during busy nights Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for cover charges or merchandise sales Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including cleaning tables, bussing dishes, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the venue Support catering or banquet events by setting up tables, serving food, or assisting with event logistics as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate guest flow, address concerns promptly, and uphold safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Must be 21 and older to apply Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and transactions Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent customer service Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently and maintain high standards of hygiene and organization Basic food handling knowledge; experience in catering or food preparation is advantageous Kitchen or hotel experience can enhance your ability to support diverse operational needs Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events; nightclub environment experience is desirable Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and valued!
