Nighttime Bartender Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nightly bar activities, manage a dynamic team of bartenders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Duties Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service in a busy fast paced environment Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control and ensuring proper food safety and food handling procedures, as well as collaborating with kitchen and day time managers on bar/restaraunt needs. Oversee POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Train staff on proper serving techniques, drink making, cash handling, retail math, cleaning and health standards, and customer service standards Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws Maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to health standards for food handling and sanitation Monitor sales performance, implement upselling strategies, and maximize revenue opportunities through effective beverage offerings Experience Proven experience managing a busy bar or restaurant environment with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred Strong background in food industry operations including bartending, restaraunt, or other related expereince preferred Demonstrated ability to lead a team with excellent time management skills in fast-paced settings Experience in serving alcohol responsibly at bar, nightclubs or similar venues is advantageous Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage trends can be a plus for enhancing menu offerings Prior experience in food service roles involving cash handling, cashiering, or hospitality is essential Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
