Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and handling regulations Assist with setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all guest needs are met seamlessly Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall sales performance Monitor guest satisfaction continuously, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is a plus Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
