Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mixologist to join our vibrant food and beverage team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they return time and again. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers Basic math skills for accurate check splitting, cash handling, and sales upselling Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to deliver outstanding service!
