In this energetic role, you will support bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized bar area, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth service flow. As a bartender, you'll craft delicious drinks, engage with guests with enthusiasm, and create memorable moments. Also be expected to check in and out the clubs Entertainers for the evening. Your passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will help us deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while contributing to an energetic, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and maintaining a tidy bar area to ensure efficiency and hygiene standards are met. Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and set up drink stations for quick service during busy hours. Serve beverages to guests with friendly professionalism, ensuring accurate orders and prompt delivery using POS systems and BURG system. Engage with customers to create a lively atmosphere while providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Support food preparation tasks such as handling light food prep, bussing tables. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning bar surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly; uphold food handling safety standards throughout all duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours at the nightclub setting. Skills Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members in a lively setting. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food preparation, bartending (including cocktail mixing), and beverage presentation. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures. Previous experience working in high-volume hospitality environments is a plus. Kitchen experience or barista background enhances your versatility behind the bar or in food prep roles.
