Upscale from-scratch North Vietnamese restaurant restaurant seeking part time bartendersThe Paper Bridge is looking to add additional FOH staff to our growing restaurant. We are a small independent restaurant seeking experienced bartenders to work in our from-scratch restaurant that focuses on the cuisine of North Vietnam. Our menu features upscale version of classic regional dishes of North Vietnam with a focus on rare imported ingredients, fresh house-made rice noodles and fermented chili sauces. No experience with Vietnamese cuisine is required but is helpful; we are more than willing to train anyone with a passion for learning a new cuisine.

Ability to speak Vietnamese would be a wonderful but is not required for the position.

All bartender position include an hourly wage ($16.45 - 18) and pooled tips (shared with kitchen)Both AM and PM shifts are available, with our days of operation being Thursday through Monday with a close at 9pm. After 90 days, all full-time positions are eligible for health/dental insurance.
