Requested Tasks Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to guests at the bar and within the dining space Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, coffee, and brunch beverage offerings Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences through thoughtful hospitality Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the bar and surrounding service areas Ensure proper setup and breakdown of the bar for AM service operations Accurately process guest orders, payments, and cash handling procedures Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws Assist with inventory organization, stocking, garnish preparation, and daily side work duties Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Requested Capabilities Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, coffee service, and beverage preparation techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible schedule availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays Current alcohol service certification preferred where applicable Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry bar products, glassware, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds As part of Makeready, we offer a benefits experience designed with intention—supporting the full life of our team, not just their time at work.
