The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while working in a bustling setting such as a nightclub or bar establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Previous bar experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or related roles within nightclubs or banquet settings. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.
