About UsWe are an upscale R&B lounge and nightlife concept built around craft cocktails, music, energy, and atmosphere. During the week, the venue delivers a polished lounge experience focused on elevated hospitality and craft cocktails. On weekends, the space transforms into a high-volume nightlife destination featuring live DJs, packed crowds, and high-energy service.
We are building a team that thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Role SummaryWe are looking for self-driven, professional bartenders and servers who thrive in fun, fast-paced, high-volume environments. Ideal candidates are personable, move with urgency, maintain composure under pressure, and genuinely enjoy hospitality and nightlife culture.
This is not a low-volume cocktail lounge position. Weekend service can be intense, energetic, and highly rewarding for the right individuals.
If you can maintain strong guest engagement and cocktail quality while handling packed crowds, multiple tickets deep, loud music, and nonstop momentum we want to meet you.

Confident, personable, and hospitality-drivenFast, organized, and composed under pressureStrong work ethic and sense of urgencyExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operationsAbility to maintain cocktail consistency during heavy-volume serviceComfortable working in loud, fast-moving nightlife environmentsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeWeekend and late-night availability requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsOLCC Permit and Food Handler Card requiredExperience with Toast system is a plusResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve craft cocktails quickly and consistentlyDeliver high-level guest service in a high-volume environmentHandle busy service wells and packed bar tops efficientlyExecute bar prep including juices, syrups, garnishes, and stockingMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout serviceAccurately manage tabs, payments, and POS transactions Keep bar stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout serviceSupport team members during peak-volume periodsMonitor guest intoxication levels and maintain OLCC complianceHelp create an energetic, welcoming, and professional atmosphereWork collaboratively with bartenders, servers, barbacks, security, DJs, and managementCompensationCompetitive hourly wageSignificant tip earning potentialHigh-volume shifts with strong salesWe re building a team of passionate, hospitality-driven individuals who take pride in great service, strong teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for every guest at Portland s true R&B lounge.
