Role:
Execute high-volume cocktail service with precision and consistencyCreate and innovate craft cocktails while understanding recipe costing and profitabilityMaintain composure and deliver excellent hospitality during peak service periodsCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless bar operationsDemonstrate strong mixology knowledge and stay current with cocktail trends
