Role:

Our servers are tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and a rich customer experience around gaming and creative play in addition to enjoying quality food and craft beverages. Due to the pace of our experiential service, our servers tend to operate large sections. General functions include guest interaction, coffee and beverage preparation, and food and beverage delivery; all while maintaining a clean working environment and friendly disposition. Following our standards and steps of service, our servers play an integral role in ensuring that our guest experience is unmatched.

Responsibilities:

Ensure our guests have an outstanding restaurant experience by providing prompt, quality service with guests best interests in mind. Maintain our quality standards by fully adhering to our steps and standards of service, operational guidelines, and FOH standards for guest experience. Adhere to our policies and guidelines while demonstrating the ability to remain agile during unforeseen circumstances. Ensure all food and beverage is delivered to our guests by specification. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of full-service restaurant operations with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing restaurant role. Must have the requisite food handling permit and a thorough knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices. Ability to work quickly while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and the ability to build relationships and create positive experiences. Ability to thoroughly learn our menus and troubleshoot guest queries with ease. Possess a strong commitment to quality service and a dedication to furthering knowledge within hospitality.
