Job Description

Our high-volume, downtown PDX restaurant and bar is looking for an experienced seasonal (June-September) bartender with high-end serving experience. While this is a seasonal position, there is a potential opportunity to join our team full time at the conclusion of summer. This role is meant to be flexible as you would work both as a bartender and server on different shifts.

WHO WE ARE
We are a business casual, traditional Italian dining experience located on the River Place Esplanade. A majority of our menu is prepared from scratch and originates from family recipes. Our clientele is a wonderful mix of locals, tourists, and business travelers. Our "bread and butter" is consistently offering amazing food and equally bespoke wine/cocktail offerings. We are a pooled house and our FOH staff keeps 100% of any additional tips given.

A highly motivated and responsible individual who takes pride in their work and understands that hospitality is about creating a unique experience and story for your guests to share with othersExperience with Italian cuisine and extensive wine knowledge is a plusExperience working in a pooled house and supporting your teammates High-volume bartending and serving experience is preferred Enjoy engaging with each of your guests and know how to pivot in the moment Possess a creative nature and a thirst to learn other skill sets
