Job Description
Come join the team at Yum's of PDX Portland's newest neo-Neapolitan sit-down pizzeria and cocktail bar.
We're serving up wood-fired pizza, seasonal cocktails, and good vibes every night and we re looking for warm, outgoing, hospitality-driven servers to help create unforgettable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be DoingAs a server, you ll be the face of the Yum's dining experience greeting guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through our menu, and making sure everyone at your table feels like pizza royalty. You'll work closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver thoughtful, attentive service that feels both professional and personal. We want our guests to always feel at home.
All servers are also cross-trained to host. As the host, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for our guests' experience. We re looking for someone organized, personable, and service-minded to ensure each guest feels genuinely taken care of from arrival to departure.
Ideal candidates will have:4+ years of fine dining serving and 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail environmentOLCC Permit (or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire)Food Handlers License (or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire)Cocktail recipe development and batching experienceWillingness to occasionally support as a server or hostStrong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and a thirst to keep learningHigh personal standards for cleanliness, organization, and consistencyConfidence, humility, and great communication skillsWeekend and evening availability requiredExperience with POS systems (e.g., Sqaure)A collaborative, positive attitude and team-first mindsetPerks & Compensation$17/hr + tipsComplimentary pre-shift mealsPaid sick leaveClosed on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year s Day, etc.)Consecutive days off and consistent schedulingEmployee discounts

Your Server Responsibilities Will Include:
Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from the first hello to the last biteMaintaining a clean, organized section and workstation at all timesKnowing the menu inside and out, including ingredients, allergens, and pairingsCommunicating clearly and kindly with guests, teammates, and managers/team leadsSupporting your teammates with bussing, resetting, stocking, and side workOpening and closing duties with pride and attention to detailJumping in wherever needed we're a team-first crew, alwaysWhat You'll Be Doing as a BartenderAs a bartender at Yum's, you'll be at the center of the guest experience crafting thoughtful drinks, curating great energy behind the bar, and ensuring every guest feels like they re pulling up a seat at their favorite neighborhood spot. You'll work alongside a tight-knit FOH and BOH crew, collaborate with our Beverage Director, and help shape the creative direction of our cocktail program.Your Bartender Responsibilities Will Include:
Greeting bar guests with warmth, attention, and professionalismCrafting consistent, high-quality cocktails efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMaintaining a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked barKnowing the full bar and dinner menu inside and out including ingredients, allergens, pairings, and backstoryAssisting with inventory, ordering, and weekly/monthly countsParticipating in recipe development, batching, and seasonal menu updatesClearly communicating with guests, teammates, and leadershipPitching in with bar prep, stocking, side work, and light service support as neededOpening and closing the bar with pride and precisionBringing a team-first mentality and stepping in wherever neededWhat We're Looking For:
