The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of beverages and food service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife setting and enjoys working in the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Take drink orders from patrons and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Operate the Versi POS system to process orders accurately. Operate the Lottery validation and poker payout system. Handle cash register transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, helping them feel comfortable and valued. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in the food industry. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Aloha POS experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
