In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a fine dining meal, celebrating a special occasion, or relaxing at the bar. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar area, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all details are handled smoothly Engage with guests to promote sales opportunities and enhance their overall experience by offering recommendations and upselling when appropriate Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
