Bartender

Your expertise in food safety, customer service, and efficient service will be key to maintaining our lively atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll be the heart of the bar experience, blending professionalism with enthusiasm to keep the momentum going. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, following recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cashiering and retail math calculations Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals during busy hours Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming interactions with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets Join us to bring your passion for hospitality into an energetic environment where every shift offers new opportunities to connect with guests and showcase your bartending talents!
