Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and presentation
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a bartender or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurate order taking and drink preparation
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
