Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, whether dining or enjoying the nightclub atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with precision and integrity Assist with catering, banquet events, or special functions by coordinating service and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently during busy hours Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or retail math skills are a plus Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Familiarity with serving in a nightclub or banquet environment enhances your ability to adapt quickly Strong customer service skills combined with effective communication are vital for success in this role Knowledge of food safety practices, alcohol serving regulations, and basic math for cash handling is required Experience in brewing or hospitality industries will be considered an asset Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
