In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Mix and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver prompt service in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Engage with guests to promote sales of food and beverages while creating a lively atmosphere typical of nightclubs or fine dining settings Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet, or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills Prior experience in catering or food handling roles is a plus Excellent communication skills paired with effective time management abilities Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
