Job Description

Bartender:
keep bar clean and stocked, keep ice compartments full, keep inventory of all alcohol, liquor, and wine.
Server:
Keep tables and floors clean, buffet must stay stocked with food when open, keep all ice compartments full. Silverware must be wrapped and ready to go.

Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Evening shift.
