Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and tracking sales to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at the end of each shift. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings, intervening when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques within the food industry. Experience serving in hospitality environments that require retail math skills for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a plus for creating signature drinks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
