Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling to ensure accurate transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food handling and serving procedures meet safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at nightclubs or restaurants with fine dining experiences. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and sales transactions. Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining high standards of service quality.
