Description Candidate is responsible for delivering and stocking bars with liquor, beer, wine, fruit, mixers, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day to day operation of the bar. Candidate will assist bartenders during breaks, may be assigned to a bar for a specific time frame during slower business days and also assist other departments when needed. Candidate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area by removing trash, cleaning mats, bar tops, fixtures and other general duties as assigned. Full time positions available. Candidate must be able to communicate verbally in a professional manner with internal guests, external guests and management. Candidate must keep accurate records of inventory transfers and all other departmental procedures. Candidate is responsible for all other duties as assigned. Candidate must be able to maintain a neatly groomed and professional personal appearance while working in a fun fast paced physically demanding position. Barbacks may be dual rated as bartenders.
