You must be able to enjoy a fast-paced, family-friendly, and team-oriented work environment. Bartenders at Harbor View Grill must be able to: Provide excellent customer service Perform basic cash register functions using a POS system Multitask and keep track of customer requests Keep a clean and tidy workspace A clean and professional appearance is a must Communicate effectively and positively with customers, co-workers, and kitchen staff Perform side work such as cleaning, stocking, portioning Ensure that customer orders are entered correctly, drinks are prepared and served properly, and food is served in a timely manner Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must be 18 years or older (able to serve alcohol according to PA law)
