Summary As a Bartender at Dobbin House Tavern, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere. This role is essential to enhancing our guests' experience while contributing to the rich history and ambiance of our restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Primarily working evenings in our service bar. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management. Support banquet services as needed during special events or large gatherings. Qualifications Proven in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of drink recipes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems. Understanding of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
