Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Assist with food cooking and service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals during busy hours. Handle cashing out customers accurately, balancing cash drawers, and performing basic math calculations for transactions. Support bar operations by setting up bar station, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and billing purposes. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; retail math skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability to work night shifts or flexible hours as required by the venue's operating hours. Nice-to-have skills and familiarity with serving in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
