Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. Use POS systems such to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, including serving food at events or banquets. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Handle multiple tasks such as taking orders, serving drinks, processing payments, and managing time effectively during peak hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in casual dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in brewing or hospitality environments is a plus. Effective time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently. Previous catering or food industry experience is advantageous.
