The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, providing excellent hospitality and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and regulations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Proven sales skills to promote drink specials or upsell menu items effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
