This position is responsible for maintaining the bar areas, and equipment and assisting in the service of food and beverage to guests in a high-paced environment at Devon Seafood + Steak. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Responsible for setup, and service of bar and storage areas.

• Respond to guests' needs by answering questions pertaining to wine, liquor, and cocktail menus.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters, floors, refrigerators, and removal of trash.
• Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and other beverages.
• Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and breakdown of the bar area.
• Assist with the inventory process on a monthly basis.
• Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.
• Restock the bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.
• Assist the manager with liquor pick-ups as well as the ordering process.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must complete RAMP certification training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
