We are a speakeasy-style cocktail bar focused on creating a memorable guest experience through quality drinks, strong service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate has prior bartending experience, a solid understanding of cocktails and spirits, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This is a part-time, in-person position with weekend availability required. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to Co-Sign Speakeasy standards Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Follow all alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies Handle cash, card transactions, and POS system orders accurately Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Work well with the team to support smooth service during busy shifts Help create a polished, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred Experience in a cocktail bar, restaurant, lounge, or high-volume hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and basic mixology techniques Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol in Pennsylvania Schedule Part-time Approximately 15 hours per week Evening and weekend availability required Co-Sign Speakeasy is closed Sunday through Wednesday Compensation $10 to $14 per hour, based on experience Tips may be available depending on shift and service volume Work Location In person, Pittsburgh, PA Equal Opportunity Employer Co-Sign Speakeasy Cocktail Bar is an equal opportunity employer.
