Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and professionally
Prepare and present food items according to brand and hotel standards
Create a welcoming, engaging lounge atmosphere for guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and lounge areas
Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Assist guests with menu recommendations and local area knowledge
Accurately operate POS systems and handle transactions
Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Support opening, closing, stocking, and prep procedures
Qualifications Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food preparation is a plus
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume event periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Must meet all applicable age and certification requirements for alcohol service
