This job will report to McCall Collective Brewing but will be operating out of 3W Eatery in Macungie. This person will handle ordering, supply management, training new staff and communication with the 3W team. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service experience. As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology, and hospitality will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and showcase your passion for the food and beverage industry. Duties Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued Oversee bar operations including drink preparation, serving, and cash handling using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times Train staff on proper serving techniques, food handling, and responsible alcohol service in compliance with licensing laws Maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to health regulations and safety standards Assist with scheduling shifts, managing time effectively to meet high-volume demands during peak hours Support sales initiatives by upselling beverages and promoting special offerings to maximize revenue Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a team of bartenders or food service staff Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Strong understanding of food safety protocols, alcohol regulations, and safe food handling practices Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with catering or large event service is a plus; night club or banquet experience highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering transactions and inventory management; familiarity with brewing processes is advantageous Join us as a Lead Bartender where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your talent for creating exceptional guest experiences.
