Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards. Manage cash handling, POS transactions—including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems—and process payments accurately. Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible alcohol service, adhering to all food safety regulations. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely serving of food orders during events such as banquets or catering functions. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; familiarity with cashiering and food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
