Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions when needed. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with professionalism and courtesy. Follow all food handling procedures and health regulations to ensure safety for both guests and staff. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events like nightclub nights or private parties. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in serving, bartending, or catering roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculation. Experience working in banquet environments or large-scale catering events is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including food industry regulations, brewing processes (if applicable), and retail math concepts.
