Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision. Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and promote specials or events. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and follow legal guidelines for serving alcohol. Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, support catering or banquet events when needed, and assist in food handling or serving duties as required. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math skills are also beneficial.
