Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math for change calculation, and accurately record sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote a safe environment. Skills

PROVEN EXPERIENCE

as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standards. Proficiency with POS systems experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Experience in catering or banquet environments is desirable; familiarity with food industry terminology enhances service delivery. Enthusiasm for hospitality, brewing knowledge, and retail math skills contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests.
