Whether mixing cocktails at the bar or delivering a fine dining experience, you'll be the heart of our Members' enjoyment. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and provide top-tier service will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment that values hospitality excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and utensils in compliance with food handling regulations. Assist in setting up catering events or banquet services, providing excellent customer service in various settings. Engage with Members to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently, boosting sales while enhancing guest satisfaction. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems helps enhance efficiency in order processing. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks during high-volume periods are essential. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is required to ensure Member safety. A background in retail math or brewing knowledge can be advantageous for serving specialty drinks or managing inventory effectively.
