Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and providing information about specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and customer service excellence. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
