Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist in food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food service environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining establishments. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours without compromising quality. Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols. Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus for supporting large events. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications within hospitality settings.
