$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! This is a contract role for a bartender at BarBees Bartending. The bartender will be responsible for teaching parties how to make cocktails in cocktail classes, engaging with class participants to create a fun experience and connection with each other, all at the customers location. We are currently located in Nashville, Scottsdale, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Palm Springs, Orange County, South Florida, New York, Las Vegas, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southern Michigan and Denver. We are also looking to expand to new cities, so even if we are not currently located in your city, apply if you are interested! Duties Engage with class participants in a friendly, professional, and upbeat manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the class area in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible serving policies to promote a safe environment. Setup and teardown cocktail class space. Teach cocktail making in a fun, interactive, and educational way. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender. Excellent time management skills to keep the class moving at an appropriate pace. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor. Experience with serving at catering events or in the food industry is a plus Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is advantageous Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations Join us and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
