As a Part Time Bartender / Hourly Supervisor Hybrid at The Howe Daily KitchenBar, your days will center around delivering outstanding hospitality while helping lead a high-energy front-of-house team. Behind the bar, you'll create quality cocktails, provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations, and build lasting connections with guests in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. In your supervisory role, you'll lead by example, helping coordinate shifts, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll assist in maintaining service standards, addressing guest concerns professionally, and fostering a positive team environment built on collaboration and accountability. You'll also work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service, excellent communication, and a consistently great guest experience.
