We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and knowledgeable Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong background in the customer service industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar during weddings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Greet and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards. Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist with inventory management and restocking bar supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, some holidays.
