The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that patrons have a memorable time at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote special drinks or events at the bar.
