In this vital role, you will support our bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar area remains stocked, clean, and organized, while also delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately to our guests. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will contribute to a lively, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by replenishing supplies such as glassware, garnishes, liquor bottles, and mixers to keep the bar fully stocked during service. Clear and reset tables promptly by bussing dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a clean dining environment. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Support servers with food running duties during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including bar stations, service stations, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, and management to coordinate service flow smoothly. Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up stations or cleaning work areas to uphold hygiene standards. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing. Experience with banquet service or event catering is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience enhances your ability to support the team effectively.
